As runners, our feet take a lot of beating with all the mileage we put in. It is only proper that we take care of them.
A friend of mine shared this formula to help smoothen those crusty feet, and now I’m sharing it with you.
What you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup mouthwash (I used Listerine)
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- Mix all ingredients in a shallow basin.
- Soak feet for 10 minutes.
- Wipe off dead skin with a towel.
I tried it and now my feet are smooth, almost like a baby’s. Then my husband tried it but I think he’ll need to soak them some more! Haha.
